However, please be advised that during this Covid-19 pandemic, the item’s arrival is expected to be a bit later than usual. Some of your delivery may take up to one month. We provide express shipping service with additional cost. We could only ship our products to limited number of countries in light of the outbreak of COVID-19, our team is closely monitoring updates. Cancellation
After payment, we will create a pre-engraved design for your confirmation. If you don't feel satisfied with the design, you can have a 100% refund. Since it is a customized gift, we cannot accept return once you have confirmed the design.
